Unfortunately I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds for anything bought online. This includes pre-paid tickets bought online for The House of Dreams open days. However, in the rare occurrence an item you purchased was faulty, please get in touch.

Although I take great care in portraying the right products, colours may slightly vary because of photographic reasons. There will also be variation of the hand drawings on the ceramic pieces, as I am a creative person, not a machine, and I need the space to explore my creativity.
